This service is provided by Exeter City Car Parking Limited (company number 10144321) of Pitmaston House, Malvern Road, Worcester WR2 4LL for the payment of parking charges at Exeter City Car Park.

Payment

Parking must be paid for before, or at the time of, parking. A payment made through this site grants permission to park the vehicle with the registration entered, for the duration paid, from the time of payment. All prices include VAT.

Virtual permits — no ticket required

This car park operates automatic number plate recognition. Your vehicle registration is your permit; nothing needs to be displayed. Enter your registration carefully — you are responsible for ensuring it is correct.

Overstaying

Vehicles remaining beyond the paid period may be liable to a parking charge notice in accordance with the signage displayed at the car park.

Refunds

Payments cover the period selected and are not refunded for unused time. If you paid in error (for example, an incorrect registration), contact support@parknpay.uk as soon as possible.

Payment processing

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. If you provide an email address, a receipt will be sent to it.
